"My first experience as a customer at the Hannah Swanson State Farm Insurance Agency was as a walk-in. Madison, who assisted me, welcomed me into her office. She was very professional, kind, and very knowledgeable in her field concerning all my specific needs and questions. In no time at all, Madison had me insured. Since my initial meeting with Madison. She's made follow up phone calls with me to update me with my policies, and any other needs that I may have had. I have been a State Farm Insurance customer since the late 1980's. By far, I am completely satisfied with Hannah Swanson's State Farm Insurance Agency. And would recommend her office to anyone looking for insurance. Sincerely, Michael Connors"

"On Friday, May 31st, I received a letter cancelling my auto insurance from State Farm. I was shocked to see the letter and picked up the phone to call my State Farm Agent, Hannah Swanson. It was 4pm on a Friday so the receptionist told me Hannah had left for the day, but she would give me a call first thing Monday morning. Monday morning came and went and I called at 11pm and asked to speak to Danielle, whom I thought was Hannah’s second in charge and also who I considered a friend of mine. Madison, who answered the phone told me that Danielle was on a call and would call me back shortly. 45 minutes later I get a call back from the office manager, who could not help me in the least and had the worst customer service skills. I asked to speak to Hannah and I was told she was not available. Why this is so upsetting to me is because I have been a customer of State Farm for over 40 years, I have never used another insurance company and I know for a fact that my agent knew about this letter weeks before I received it and didn’t have the decency to contact me and give me a heads up. The reason that I was given this cancellation notice is that I had a small accident in a parking lot. No police report was filed but an insurance claim was. And I used roadside assistance twice. This is all in a three year period. And they are dropping me. I haven’t had a moving violation since 2001, 23 years. I am the epitome of an excellent driver. So all State Farm customers beware, no longer how long you’ve been with them, you are just a letter away from being cancelled."
